Luna Clube Oceano, Albufeira, Portugal

Hotel Name: Luna Clube Oceano

Address: R. Columbano Bordalo Pinheiro, 8200-911 Albufeira, Portugal

Star Rating: 3 Star Hotel

Facilities: On Site Parking, Outdoor Pool, Gym, Jacuzzis, Pool Bar, Restaurant, Hair Salon.

Location: The Luna Clube Oceano is situated in between the New and Old Town in Albufeira, Portugal. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away. Taxis from the hotel to the old town will cost between €5 and €6. There are many restaurants and small shops located close to the hotel.

Apartment: The accommodation was superb. It was extremely spacious. The apartment we stayed in was a ‘Two Bedroom Apartment’ but there are many other types available at Luna Clube Oceano. The apartment included two bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. The kitchenette was outstanding. All equipment was modern and looked like they were never used before. The living area boasted a dining table, balcony, sofa and a flat screen TV with Satellite Channels. The beds were extremely comfortable and were easy to sleep in.

Cleanliness: The Hotel in general was spectacular. It was modern with the sense of an upmarket vibe. The pool, Jacuzzis, sunbeds, dining area and apartments were all very clean.

Staff: The staff were beyond helpful. They went out of their way to ensure your stay was as great as possible. Every staff member had a great personality and were not afraid to offer their opinion. If there was a small problem, they would instantly fix it and would not ignore it.

Breakfast: We only got breakfast on one of the days but the food that was offered was absolutely beautiful. Everything was so fresh and presented well. The cost of the breakfast was €9 per person and you could eat as much as you wanted.

Cost: The Hotel is extremely good value especially for what it offers. It really is worth the money as the service you receive is fantastic.

Recommendation: I would recommend this hotel to anyone. You won’t regret staying there.

My Rating: 10/10

Although it’s a 3 Star Hotel, it was a 5 Star experience.
